let’s play hookie

I’ve been thrown up on twice today and it’s only 8:26AM. In light of this most disgusting happening I’ve decided to play hookie today. I’m heading to the beach with my most recent novel, water with lots of ice & lime, my most favorite beach towel, and ultra comfy beach chair. I’m going to spread my toes in the sand, listen to the waves, and not have a care in the world, excpet for sunscreen of course.

Here I am again

It’s amazing how this blogging thing takes hold of one’s heart and doesn’t let go. No matter the frustrations (you know… odd people stalking you and what not) blogging is addictive and not easily left behind. I’ve taken a season away from typing for many reasons, one being the busyness of life, but I just can’t stay away from your lives and sharing my journey.

I have missed you each and I’m so glad to be back.
